🎟️ Pony Go Round Raffle Rules & Terms

1. Overview

Pony Go Round is holding a special fundraiser raffle to support critical well repairs at our ranch, ensuring our ponies and horses stay happy, healthy, and hydrated. Entrants will have a chance to win their choice of:

Mr. Vitamin – An 8yr old, 16 hand Thoroughbred horse with a kind spirit.
Choice of available 2025 foals (pickup will be 14 days after weaning if a foal is chosen)

2. Ticket Info

Tickets Available: 90
Price: $75 per ticket
Limit: No purchase limit per person

3. Eligibility

Must be 18 years or older
Must be a U.S. resident
Must be able to legally and safely care for a horse or pony
Winner is responsible for animal transport within 14 days

4. Drawing & Winner Notification

The winner will be selected randomly once all tickets are sold. They will be notified by email or phone. If no response is received within 5 days, another winner will be drawn.

5. Animal Details

Both animals are up to date on vaccinations and basic care
1 week of free boarding included post-drawing
Transport is not included — the winner must arrange pickup

6. No Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

7. Use of Funds

All raffle proceeds support Pony Go Round’s well fund to cover the cost of drilling our new well and installing the required pump to raise the water 1200 feet up.

8. Legal Notes

Raffle is void where prohibited. No ticket purchases are allowed where raffles are not allowed by law.
